HR Assistant – Derby – £25k – £26k pa salary – Manufacturing
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Working with a successful housebuilder, we are looking for a HR Assistant to join their growing team. Assisting the HR Manager, you will coordinate and oversee HR processes for the end to end of recruitment, new starters, leavers as well as pre-employment checks.
You will also maintain accurate training records, assist in monitoring long and short term absenteeism within the business as well as supporting in monitoring HR process compliance.
With a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role you will be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise of best practice in Employment Legislation as well as experience in working with confidential information to data protection regulations. You will also be qualified to CIPD level 3 or be working towards.
