Within the HR Medical and Dental Services Team, under the guidance of the HR Advisor, the role of HR Assistant focuses on supporting the management of recruitment for career grade doctors, including Specialists, Specialty, and Locum doctors.
The responsibilities include administering the recruitment process from job approval and advertising to pre-employment checks and contract management. The HR Assistant will also attend interviews to provide HR support.
The role requires regular updates to our system, Jobtrain, to meet KPIs.
This position offers a non-contractual hybrid working arrangement, comprising 60% office-based work and 40% home working.
