Job summary

A government agency in Bridge of Allan is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR Team in various administrative tasks including absence management and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 National 5 qualifications and experience in administration, particularly within an HR context. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 National 5 qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Competent in administration and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in HR environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and record absence management data.
  • Plan and coordinate Occupational Health Clinics.
  • Provide HR related reports to the team and management.
  • Process staff changes and ensure filing systems are maintained.
  • Provide administrative support through recruitment.

Skills

Competent in administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in HR environment
Knowledge of Data Protection Legislation

Education

Minimum of 2 National 5 qualifications including English and Mathematics

Job description

You will contribute to the overall HR Team's delivery, providing a comprehensive administration service. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the post holder to grow and develop as an HR Professional, working within a challenging and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

To collate and record absence management data and information and issue all necessary absence management paperwork

Plan and coordinate Occupational Health Clinics

To provide HR related reports to the greater HR Team, and senior management teams as required.

To deal with general HR related enquiries from staff, HQ and other agencies

To process staff changes and ad hoc pay claims as well as ensuring all filing systems within the department are maintained.

To provide administrative support through the recruitment and selection process
