Are you ready to kick-start or grow your career in HR within a dynamic, global beauty business? We're looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant to join our UKI HR Team, supporting our sites in Wimbledon, Bournemouth, and Ashford. This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full HR spectrum - from employee engagement and talent management to data analysis and employee relations. What you'll be doing

  • Managing HR data and reporting using HRIS (MCT), People Connect, Power BI, and AI tools.
  • Keeping org charts accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supporting policy, benefits, onboarding, and global mobility processes.
  • Coordinating recruitment, learning initiatives, and talent reviews.
  • Providing first-line advice on HR policies and managing employee relations cases.
  • Driving employee engagement through forums, townhalls, and survey action planning.
  • Leading learning and development projects and contributing to workforce planning.
  • Managing DEI initiatives and communications.

  • Relevant HR qualification or similar.
  • Strong Excel, IT & data analysis skills, with the ability to analyse and report complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships.
  • Organised, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and personal credibility.
