The Role
HR Assistant, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract.
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR Team at Bolton Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of working in HR, qualified to CIPD Level 3 and looking for the next step to further their HR Career.
The newly created role involves being an integral part of the Departmental HR team providing support to the HR Advisers in managing case work, supporting managers with HR policy application, assisting HR project work and providing guidance and advice on HR and employment law related queries.
About You
In addition to having experience in working in a HR environment you will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work innovatively, flexibly and under you own initiative. The possession of excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hard working team are essential.
