A professional sports club in High Wycombe is seeking an HR Apprentice to support HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding. The role offers hands-on experience and funding for CIPD Level 3 training. Ideal candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths and a strong interest in a career in HR. As an HR Apprentice, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the club’s HR function — working with departments across football operations, academy, commercial, and stadium teams. You'll gain hands-on HR experience while studying toward your CIPD qualification.
