Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a successful, well-established and market-leading international business at their Lutterworth site. The appointment supports the Recruitment, HR and Leadership teams in the next phase of growth and direction. The role is fast paced and offers the chance to drive the talent and resourcing function within the business. You will join a friendly, pro-active team that is results driven.

Responsibilities
  • Screen and recommend candidates to management for shortlisting; develop creative approaches to attract talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand talent needs and plan actions to identify and attract the right individuals.
  • Provide administration support including diary management for Teams and/or face-to-face interviews; contribute to ad-hoc project work (benchmarking and market trends).
  • Involve in attracting graduate calibre professionals and engaging with social media to create a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications and personal attributes
  • Pro-active, resilient and self-motivated with a positive mindset; highly personable, diplomatic and professional with exceptional communication skills; pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • A driving licence is required.
  • Preference given to well-educated, career-oriented, ambitious individuals who are committed to continued personal and professional development; support will be provided for additional courses/training.
About the role and environment

The focus is on supporting 9 sites with a headcount of around 1,200.
