HR and School Administration Apprentice

37 Hours/week (8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday -Thursday and 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday)

Term Time only (39 weeks)

Age related Apprentice salary scale - £16,745 at Age 18 up to £20,435 at age 23 plus

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as our HR and School Administration Apprentice. The role will be over a fixed term of 15 months due to the role being on a term time only contract.

About this Role

The successful candidate will be supported and guided through their Level 3 qualification in HR whilst learning how this is applied within a school environment. The role will be interesting and varied. No two days are ever the same in a school!Whilst this role will predominantly be working with HR, it will also support the wider areas of school administration including reception and reprographics.

The main duties and responsibilities are as indicated in the role job description and person specification, other duties of an appropriate level and nature may also be required, as directed by the Headteacher. Please note that the post holder may be required to work outside of normal working hours for activities, meetings and emergencies.

The post holder is required to support and encourage the trust’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures as agreed by the Board of Directors, including child protection matters.
