Job Title: HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

About the Company:

A leading engineering consultancy specializing in nuclear and civil projects is seeking a dedicated HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in attracting top engineering talent while supporting HR functions within a growing and dynamic organization.

Role Overview:

This dual-role position will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle as well as supporting general HR functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent while ensuring HR policies and procedures align with business needs. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Lead the end to end recruitment process for the company:

  • Advertise vacancies on job boards
  • Source candidates using recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Assess and match candidates with vacancies
  • Support to recruitment process: Schedule and conduct first interviews
  • Update recruitment database

HR Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding of new starters
  • Administrative support (absences, etc)
  • Study the job market and make recommendations on salary and benefits
  • Support process improvements (employee handbook, etc).

Communication:

  • Organise and participate to company events (team social events, job fairs…)
  • Prepare and co-facilitate monthly team meetings
  • Prepare monthly internal newsletters
  • Manage social media (recruitment, new starters, job fairs, company announcements, etc)
