Purpose of the job
The HR & Payroll Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our organisation. Serving as the first point of contact for all HR related activities, you will be responsible for providing support to managers and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This includes the co-ordination of recruitment activities and the production and maintenance of personal information and associated documentation. You’ll produce accurate information to inform the monthly payroll; including the preparation of data relating to overtime, holidays, sickness absence and family leave.
