Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with experience in both HR and payroll? We're looking for an HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support across a wide range of people processes.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the HR, Talent Acquisition, and Training teams, while also working closely with our Payroll provider and Finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting and processing fornightly and monthly payroll. You’ll manage administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
You’ll maintain our ERP system and trackers, including our applicant tracking system (ATS) along with keeping employee records up to date and compliant is also a key part of the role, along with providing administrative and project support to the HR Manager as needed.
We’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment, and a good understanding of payroll processes. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, have excellent attention to detail, and be proactive in your approach to work. Experience using HR and payroll systems is highly desirable.
