Express Recruitment is pleased to be working with a reputable organisation seeking an interim HR and Office Manager to support a well-established team during maternity leave.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor, supporting 1-1s, advising on HR policies and procedures, managing disciplinaries, and providing efficient administrative support, including facilities management.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Directors and Partners, providing comprehensive support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Please note, this is a fully office-based role in our client’s central Nottingham office.

  • Providing expert HR guidance and advice to employees
  • Managing and coordinating administration teams on behalf of Directors and Partners
  • Completing onboarding processes post-recruitment
  • Liaising with third parties via phone and email
  • Supporting Line Managers on complex HR issues
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a similar HR Advisor role
  • Experience managing an office-based team
  • Ability to manage a team effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with HR systems and MS Office
