Express Recruitment are honoured to be working alongside a reputable organisation who are seeking an interim HR and Office Manager to support a well established team, to cover maternity leave.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working as an HR Advisor, with the ability to support in 1-1s, advise on correct HR policy procedure and hold disciplinaries, in addition to providing efficient support for complex administration tasks and support to other business support members, including facilities management.

This role allows the successful candidate to work directly with Directors and Partners, and will give you an opportunity to provide comprehensive support to a range of individuals from all backgrounds! Please note the role is fully office-based in our client’s central Nottingham office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert HR guidance and advice to internal employees
  • Manage and co-ordinate administration teams on behalf of Directors and Partners
  • Complete an efficient onboarding process following on from successful recruitment
  • Liaise with third parties via telephone and email, including individuals of all levels
  • Provide support to Line Managers on complex HR issues
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
  • Experience of managing an office-based team
  • Demonstrable ability of managing a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills, proficiency using HR and MS Office packages
Vacancy Summary

Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM

Salary: Up to c£32,000 per annum D.O.E
