Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR and Business Services Manager to join our client. This role encompasses HR responsibilities and provides general administrative support across the business.
The ideal candidate will manage and enhance HR functions and support office management, working primarily from Newbury with three days in the office.
Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a strong understanding of HR practices up to CIPD level 5 or Level 3 with relevant experience. This is a dual role in HR and Office Management.
