Role:Permanent – Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)

Hours:30 hours per week – 9.30hrs to 16:00hrs

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused HR & Engagement Advisor to join our HR team based in Cookham. If you’ve got a passion for employee experience, a knack for juggling HR operations, and a talent for engagement initiatives that genuinely make a difference — this might just be your perfect match.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • You'll be developing our employee engagement and branding strategy through pulse surveys, focus groups, branding tools, and more.
  • You'll be supporting key stakeholders during organisational change and development.
  • You'll be delivering first-class HR guidance on everything from absence to performance coaching.
  • You'll be helping managers deliver a high-performance culture through great conversations and great systems.
  • You'll be digging into the data behind our HR KPIs, systems, and dashboards to make smart improvements.
  • You'll be helping to shape and deliver training, onboarding, recruitment, and other moments that matter.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced in a generalist HR role with a strong interest in organisational development.
  • A keen interest and experience with employer branding and engagement
  • A confident communicator who can keep things fair, clear, confidential and constructive.
  • Comfortable navigating HRIS systems (we use Cascade) and UK employment law.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent), with a proactive approach and an eye for detail.
