Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current legislation
  • Support line managers with executive support – creating documents, source training rooms and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and monitor compliance records and training schedules
  • Assist with audits and the development of internal processes and maintain ISO 9001 certification
  • Draft and update company policies., workbooks and operational templates
  • Provide first line HR support to employees

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a HR or compliance-related role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
