We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst (Workday) to join our client on a temporary basis in Northampton for 12-18 months. If you have expertise in analysing data, performing data validation, and a robust knowledge of testing methodologies including System Integration Testing, this could be the role for you.
In this position, you will be integral in developing an in-depth understanding of the benefits provision and legislation. Responsibilities include documenting all processes, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and maintaining governance controls.
