The Role We're seeking a data-driven HR Analyst to join our growing team in London. As our HR Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy through insights and analytics, helping us build a world-class team that delivers on our mission of democratizing education through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across recruitment, retention, performance, and employee engagement
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time insights to leadership
• Support strategic workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs and analysing skill gaps within the organisation
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the EdTech market
• Partner with the People team to optimise recruitment processes through data-driven insights
• Measure and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to support our commitment to building an inclusive workplace
• Analyse employee feedback and engagement survey results to recommend actionable improvements
• Support the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and tools
• Collaborate with Finance to manage HR budgets and forecast personnel costs
• Create predictive models for employee turnover and identify retention strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and KPIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is desirable
