About our client

One of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors is looking to add a skilful and high-performing HR Assistant to their London team. As an integral member of this fund's core HR function, you will provide generalist HR support across the business. This will include acting as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, the HR Assistant will take full ownership on a broad range of operational tasks, as well as providing administrative support to the HR team as needed. Additionally, within this role you will gain exposure to the overall business, whilst working closely with a number of internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional with prior experience in the investment management, financial or professional services space; this role will offer a platform to accelerate their career within an industry-leading organisation.

  1. Act as the first port of call for all employee queries
  2. Take ownership of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  3. Provide generalist HR support across the business, UK and international
  4. Build strong and trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders
  5. Support key team projects and HR initiatives.
Who we are looking for

  1. Generalist HR experience within the investment management, financial or professional services space
  2. Knowledge of private equity would be advantageous
  3. Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
  4. Strong knowledge of different Microsoft programmes and HR systems
  5. A team player with a high level of independence, empathy and enthusiasm
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
