ARM has an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. You will be required to provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via e-mail on a broad range of personnel administration matters.

The Role:

• Processing all personnel administration changes into SAP.
• Handling queries via email and telephone.
• Supporting testing of all future improvements to the Workday system.
• Working proactively using your own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems.
• Being a team player and assisting other team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a busy office environment.
• Performing a broad range of administrative duties.
• Experience with data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment.
• Experience with a computerized payroll system; SAP experience is preferred.
