HR Analyst

Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Analyst based in Broughton.

This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Company

We're working with a manufacturing business in the aerospace sector that designs, manufactures, and delivers commercial aircraft, as well as operates in the Space and Defense division.

The Role

This position is for an HR Analyst who is ambitious and eager to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed.

You will lead a small, experienced, and collaborative team and be responsible for:

1. Analysis and approval of personnel administration changes
2. Processing changes via the "Interface Monitoring Tool" into SAP

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Data input and analysis within a payroll environment
• Experience with computerized payroll systems, preferably SAP
• Experience with computerized personnel administration systems, with Workday being desirable
