Our HR team has an exciting opportunity for a skilled analyst to work as a pivotal part of the team.
Reporting into the People PMO Manager, this individual will provide analytical support to HR business partners, the HR director, and senior stakeholders including the board.
The primary focus of this role is transforming the delivery of people management information (MI), moving from manual Excel reporting to automated PowerBI solutions. This role is critical for delivering the people strategy, providing live insights to inform decision-making.
The HR Analyst will produce accurate data analysis, dashboards, and reports for board meetings, roadshows, and external events. The role involves routine and complex ad-hoc reporting, requiring creative solutions.
This position offers exposure to generalist and strategic HR activities, working closely with the HR Coordinator on core processes like talent management, salary reviews, PDR, employee engagement, and organizational change. The analyst acts as a link between the Construction Group (~1700 employees) and the central HR shared service, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and governance.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, solution-focused, pragmatic, and possess excellent technical analytics skills. Versatility, adaptability, and collaboration are essential to manage workload and meet deadlines.
This role is part of a national team and can be based at any regional office, with occasional travel to London and other locations. It offers a hybrid working model, combining home and office work.
