Glasgow (Hybrid Working) | £28,000 – £32,000

Are you passionate about people, processes, and making a real impact? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our clients vibrant team in Glasgow on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you’ll be doing:
• Partnering with hiring managers to guide them through the full recruitment cycle – from drafting job adverts to interviews and onboarding
• Providing first-line support on employee relations issues, including absence management, performance queries, and policy advice
• Ensuring a smooth, consistent, and professional experience for both candidates and colleagues
• Supporting wider HR project work and day-to-day operational HR tasks
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role
• Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
