A notable housing organization is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver timely and compliant advice throughout the employee lifecycle. This hybrid role involves collaboration across various functions and supporting HR Business Partners. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have substantial HR experience. The position offers flexible working arrangements alongside competitive salary and benefits.
Salary: £34,265 to £44,146 per annum (National) / £36,923 to £47,867 per annum (London)
Location: Flexible - hybrid working arrangement
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment / Fixed-term contract - 12 months
The HR Advisor is a key member of the HR Team, responsible for delivering adaptive, timely, and compliant advice across the employee lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team, and supporting HR Business Partners to provide outstanding advisory services across the group.
