A leading housing organization is seeking an HR Advisor to provide adaptive, timely, and compliant advice throughout the employee lifecycle. This hybrid role involves collaborating closely across HR teams and requires candidates to hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification along with substantial HR experience. The position is based in London and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Salary: £34,265 to £44,146 per annum (National) / £36,923 to £47,867 per annum (London)
Location: Flexible - hybrid working arrangement
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed-term contract - 12 months
The HR Advisor is a key member of the HR Team, responsible for delivering adaptive, timely, and compliant advice throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating across functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team, and supporting HR Business Partners, they will provide outstanding advisory services across the group.
