Job Description
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with the wider human resources team to deliver key projects and objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Proficiency in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Confidence in working with managers and employees at all levels within the organisation.
