  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the wider human resources team to deliver key projects and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics to support decision-making.
