International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program providing high-quality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas.

About the role

This role involves providing responsive HR advisory services to managers and employees, offering quality guidance and support to resolve employment issues. You will interact with people managers, senior leaders, and country HR leads, building effective working relationships and prioritizing queries efficiently.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with recruiters and agencies to support job requisitions, advertising, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Provide practical advice on employee relations and HR procedures, including induction, probation, performance, contract changes, rewards, investigations, mediations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Enhance the new hire experience through induction presentations and follow-up evaluations.
  • Support annual HR cycles and practices, including performance reviews, development, career and compensation reviews, compliance training, engagement surveys, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives.
  • Update monthly payroll changes and ensure accuracy before final submission.
  • Prepare and report basic HR analytics trends, collaborating with HR colleagues and global partners.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing HR and organizational development projects, with occasional travel to EU operations.
  • Ensure timely communication with managers and employees.
  • Participate in HR team meetings to solve problems and propose continuous improvements.
About you
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations practices; experience in other EU countries is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to cover team absences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and resources.
  • previous HR experience, ideally in a large, matrixed, multicultural organization.
