The opportunity
The Talent Consulting Centre of Excellence Team (CoE) sits within the Firm’s Strategic Talent Consulting Function, which Partners with the business to translate business strategy into Talent solutions.
The Talent Consulting CoE was set up to strengthen the delivery of operational activities on behalf of the Talent Consultants and enable Service Line Strategic Talent Consultants to focus on driving and embedding organisation and cultural change.
As part of the Talent Consulting COE Team, the HR Advisor role provides support to the Talent Consulting CoE HR Managers and the Service Line Strategic Talent Consultants in a consistent and efficient way, across FSO and UKI, to deliver on the Talent agenda (circa 18,000 employees).
The HR Advisor provides a commercial and professional HR service to the business with particular emphasis on annual pay planning, LEAD – performance and development process, HR projects and HR analysis and policy advice.
