Job description

We are pleased to be working with a well known public sector organisation in their search for an HR Advisor - Systems.

This role provides administrative and data support for HR systems, focusing on system functionality, security, and data accuracy. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, data reconciliation, report generation, system administration assistance, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

The Role

  • Deliver administrative support for HR systems, including data entry and updates
  • Monitor and maintain system functionality to ensure efficient operation
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data
  • Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates
  • Reconcile data discrepancies across multiple HR platforms
  • Generate, analyse, and distribute routine and custom HR reports
  • Assist with system configuration, user access, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

  • 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths
  • Administrative experience to include data input, production of reports and response to enquiries
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
