A global talent solutions business is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team in South Town. The role involves advising on HR matters, supporting clients with processes, and contributing to various HR projects. We are seeking a confident, proactive, and client-focused HR Advisor to join a friendly, professional team supporting a range of organisations across multiple industries. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work on diverse HR projects, develop your expertise, and progress your career.
The successful candidate will be fully or partly CIPD qualified with a strong HR generalist background and experience advising on employment law and best practice. You’ll enjoy building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, adapting your advice to different organisational cultures, and providing tailored HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client HR queries, providing advice on a wide range of employee relations matters.
Support clients with disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and performance management processes.
Prepare and update contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR documentation in line with legislation and client needs.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and right-to-work checks.
Contribute to HR projects such as salary benchmarking, employee engagement, performance management systems, and recruitment support.
Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and deliver a service aligned to their culture and values.
Skills & Experience:
Fully or partly CIPD Level 3/5 qualified.
Strong HR generalist experience, with working knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident producing high-quality HR documentation.
