We are partnering with a prestigious organisation working with major global clients. Our client is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their Rewards Team for maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-impact role within a globally respected business, gaining hands-on experience in annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, and reward strategies.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor - Rewards Focus, you will:
? Salary and Bonus Reviews: Manage the annual salary review process for both management and operational teams, ensuring timely and accurate data management in MyRewards.
? Benefits Management: Oversee PMI annual renewals and manage life assurance and BUPA renewal processes.
? Gender Pay Gap Reporting: Own the GPG reporting process, ensuring legal compliance and insightful analysis for senior leadership.
? Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide critical data analysis to support reward program decisions, including annual and quarterly audits to ensure data accuracy.
? Policy & Procedure Updates: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of reward and benefits policies to enhance the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
? Proven experience in HR Rewards or a data-focused HR role.
? Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
? Ability to manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
? Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior leaders and external vendors.
? Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
? CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (preferred).
