Overview

We\'re seeking an HR Advisor - Resourcing to join our HR Operations team. In this highly varied role you\'ll deliver an effective recruitment and resourcing service across the organisation, advising managers to ensure successful recruitment to a diverse range of vacancies, in line with Kew\'s policies and best practice. This hybrid role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

Interviews are due to take place during w/c 6 October.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an effective recruitment and resourcing service across the organisation, advising managers to ensure successful recruitment to a diverse range of vacancies, in line with policies and best practice.
  • Manage the flow of live recruitment, maintain and develop our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), promote inclusive recruitment practices and develop our employer brand.
  • Act as the primary contact for visa and immigration matters.
  • Support workforce planning and respond to changing priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a resourcing role within an HR function, providing advice and guidance to managers.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant recruitment legislation and best practice, including right to work.
  • Adept at building effective relationships and influencing others, with a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
