Job summary

Forsters LLP is seeking a CIPD-qualified HR professional to support colleagues across the firm on a wide range of people matters including employee relations, absence management, family leave, payroll, benefits and performance processes.

You will input payroll data, assist with salary reviews, and support HR Partners with disciplinary, grievance and performance matters while contributing to annual performance reviews and ad hoc HR projects within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD-qualified HR professional with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Cascade.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, absence management and payroll processes.
• Input data into the monthly payroll and assist with salary reviews.
• Aid HR Partners with disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Manage family leave, flexible working requests and exit interviews.
• Assist with annual performance reviews and ad hoc HR projects.
