Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an HR Project Support professional to provide HR Generalist and Employee Relations support for transformation projects within the Digital Services function.

Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, you will collaborate with UK&I People leaders and other HR workstreams to plan, prepare and execute medium to large HR projects, while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This is a fixed-term 9-month contract.

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter. As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, this role will focus on HR Project Support, providing HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects, as well as collaborating with the broader People Team.

How You Will Contribute

• Work closely with Functional UK&I BU People lead, wider people lead team & People experience BU lead to plan, prepare for and execute medium and large -scale HR transformation projects
• Coordination of collective consultation process
• Manage comms efforts including meeting admin and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
• Provide ER support and guidance to PL and managers on complex issues
• Proactive "issue identification/escalation point of contact"
• Work closely with advisors from different HR workstreams to drive E2E project execution
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience
• Deliver people practices in line with all local legal/regulatory frameworks

Travel requirements: candidate must have availability for occasional business trips within the UK.

Work schedule: standard working hours (Mon-Fri), and hybrid working model.

Important: this is a fixed-term contract, with duration of 9-months.

Primary Location: Bournville, UK. Alternative UK locations may be considered.
