You will guide and coach managers on employee relations, including performance issues, absence management, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Working alongside Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will contribute to implementing the company's people strategy and initiatives. Minimum requirements:
Preferred but not essential skills include experience in large organizations, collaboration in service line structures, delivery of inclusion and diversity initiatives, and ownership of people processes like salary reviews and talent management.
