A leading consulting firm in the City of London is looking for an HR Assistant to manage recruitment, maintain staff records, and support compliance in service delivery. The candidate should have experience in HR and be adept at performing various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Job description

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding and other HR processes for staff.

  • To maintain staff and service user files ensuring all necessary information is complete and up to date.
  • Maintain all records in accordance with the service's policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure compliance.
  • Carrying out spot checks of care delivery and reporting findings to the service management.
  • Develop and maintain annual leave requests to ensure staff receive their annual leave and there are enough staff on duty to support people
  • Attending meetings, writing reports and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • To perform a high standard of Administrative tasks in an appropriate and confidential manner. The right candidate will ideally have experience working in a HR role.
