HR Advisor Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediately available HR Advisor at a reputable Property company. The successful candidate will assist with generalist HR responsibilities and manage the recruitment process. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the company's growth, and it is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process for roles at all levels, proactively attracting top talent.
3. Update company policies and procedures in accordance with UK employment law.
4. Identify and implement process improvements.
5. Assist with learning and development initiatives for employees from intern level upward.
6. Advise Hiring Managers on grievances, performance reviews, and appraisals.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven advisory experience in HR within an SME.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience in property or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Strong professionalism and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD qualification at level 5 or equivalent.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills; tech-savvy.
• Ambitious, proactive, resilient team player.
