Job Summary
To provide HR support to all ComfortDelGro UK business units.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide advice to all UK business units on issues such as attendance, capability issues, disciplinaries, flexible working, etc.
- Undertake meetings such as investigations, grievances as required
- Provide cover for Head of Human Resources during meetings and/or annual leave
- Assist Head of Human Resources with complex employee relations cases/queries
- Assist company solicitor and HR Administrator with ECRs/ET claims
- Manage key relationships within the business, working closely with managers and Trade Unions
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Develop and coordinate company policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management and Trade Unions
- Stay updated on employment law to ensure accurate advice
- Undertake ad hoc projects as needed
- Develop standard HR documents to ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate performance management system for reviews
- Maintain personal development

Essential Criteria
- Experience providing HR advice across various management levels on issues like absence, disciplinaries, grievances
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
- Discreet handling of confidential matters
- Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Manage demanding workload and multiple priorities effectively
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required
- Experience in the transport industry (desirable)
