Job Summary

To provide HR support to all ComfortDelGro UK business units.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice to all UK business units on issues such as attendance, capability issues, disciplinaries, flexible working, etc.
  2. Undertake meetings such as investigations, grievances as required
  3. Provide cover for Head of Human Resources during meetings and/or annual leave
  4. Assist Head of Human Resources with complex employee relations cases/queries
  5. Assist company solicitor and HR Administrator with ECRs/ET claims
  6. Manage key relationships within the business, working closely with managers and Trade Unions
  7. Prepare monthly HR reports
  8. Develop and coordinate company policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management and Trade Unions
  9. Stay updated on employment law to ensure accurate advice
  10. Undertake ad hoc projects as needed
  11. Develop standard HR documents to ensure compliance with company policies
  12. Coordinate performance management system for reviews
  13. Maintain personal development

Essential Criteria
  1. Experience providing HR advice across various management levels on issues like absence, disciplinaries, grievances
  2. CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
  3. Discreet handling of confidential matters
  4. Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments
  6. Manage demanding workload and multiple priorities effectively
  7. Flexibility to work extra hours when required
  8. Experience in the transport industry (desirable)
