A leading agricultural cooperative in Belfast is seeking an HR Advisor for a maternity cover (9-12 months). In this role, you will provide expert advice on HR matters, manage employee relations issues, and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD qualification, strong HR knowledge, and at least three years of experience. The position offers a competitive salary along with 25 days of annual leave and contributory pension.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and managers across the Group. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, recruitment, and company policies.
