School HR Advisor Job Summary:

  • Serve as primary contact for all staff HR enquiries, investigating any issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the heads of department; Headteacher, Head of Finance etc.
  • Line manages a small team of administrators and HR Officers.
  • Implement and enforce school HR Policy and Procedures.
  • Carry out staff performance review and feedback sessions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

The ideal School HR Advisor will also be a mature, professional individual as you will be expected to handle sensitive, confidential information regarding staff and school.

School HR Advisor Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in the industry for at least a year

  • High level IT skills and literacy with HR software.
