- Oversee recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and managing candidate communication.
- Support the development and implementation of employee training programmes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.
