A leading organisation in Northern Ireland seeks an HR Advisor to support their HR team. The role involves providing essential HR services, managing the recruitment process, advising on policies, and enhancing employee engagement. Candidates should have a relevant HR degree and significant generalist HR experience, especially in employee relations and payroll oversight.
Location: Greater Belfast
Salary: £ pro rata plus a bonus structure of up to 15%
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays (37 hours per week). Applicants requesting part-time hours will also be considered.

On behalf of our client, an award-winning Northern Ireland organisation, we have a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their HR Team. This is a critical role supporting the HR Manager in providing core HR, professional development, and health & wellbeing services across all business areas.

Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations issues, and foster a culture of employee engagement. Managing payroll activities, including full oversight and hands-on processing, is also a key duty.
