As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for an Italian speaking HR Advisor to support the HR Manager!

The successful candidate will assist with HR operations concerning personnel administration and global mobility, supervising compliance with employment regulations in the UK and internationally (mainly Africa region).

Key Responsibilities will include assisting with:

  1. Recruitment & On-boarding
  2. Compliance & Labour Law Adherence
  3. Global Mobility

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, on-boarding, and HR compliance.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK labour laws, HSE regulations.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Fluency in Italian language.
