Job description

Interim HR Advisor - Sheffield - £37,000 to £40,000+ DOE and qualifications.
HYBRID WORKING. IMMEDIATE START

Your new role

You will join the HR team and be responsible for providing all round HR support to a department of the organisation.

Working closely with all 3 functional experts of the HR leadership team: OD & Talent Management, Change and HR Operations, as well as the HR Project Manager, this role will assist in the delivery of an exemplary, agile, customer-focused HR service.

You will support line managers and ensure high quality, consistent and efficient advice, and guidance on a full range of people matters is provided.

As well as generalist HR work you will be supporting the 3 Functional Heads on projects.

  1. A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set of equivalent £37000 to £40000 - paid via an hourly rate, weekly via timesheets from Hays.
  2. 3 month role - possible extension
  3. Hybrid working
  4. Flexibility in hours - 37 hours a week
  5. Varied workload including generalist HR and project work.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. The successful applicant will be a seasoned HR Advisor/Generalist
  2. Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified - or suitably equivalent experience
  3. Experience of working in fast-paced environments, managing and prioritising workloads and conflicting demands.
