Job description

We're Hiring: HR Advisor

Location: Thanet | 6-8 Week Temporary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a small team in Thanet to help support the Management team and hold the fort in an HR Advisory capacity on a short term temporary basis.

About the Role:

As our HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering trusted HR guidance across the business. You will be offering support on a wide range of HR matters-from employee relations and performance management to recruitment, policy advice, and other HR matters as required.

What You'll Do:

* Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

* Contribute opinions and advice to HR projects that are currently in process.

* Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure legal compliance

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role

* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential

You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, however there could be some flexibility on this. This is an immediate start so don't delay and please contact us.
