Role: HR Advisor for International Professional Service Business

Temporary to permanent

Salary: 24-32k a year (hourly rate equivalent)

Hybrid working, full time

Responsibilities:
  • Case management of a range of HR and ER cases
  • Advise on internal policies
  • Lead ER cases such as probation process, absence management, dismissals, requests internally, capabilities, etc.
  • Manage employee relations projects
  • Maintain Visa and Right to Work processing
  • Handle occupational health referrals
  • Address policy inquiries
  • Assist with exit interviews
  • Liaise on offboarding and pre-employment screening
Experience:

Previous HR advisory experience with exposure to ER and case management, along with other generalist duties, is required.
