Role Details
Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £35,000
No of Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Employee Relations: Keep abreast of developments in employment legislation and HR best practices. Advise and coach managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and dispute resolution activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. Develop and maintain HR policies, consult with legal experts, monitor employee relations, and support fleet management and safety initiatives. Be a role model for company policies and values.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understand business operations, collaborate on HR initiatives, work with Payroll, and develop partnerships with third-party vendors. Contribute to delivering the HR/People strategy.
- System Management: Manage HRIS systems (e.g., Cascade), train users, implement workflows, and ensure data integrity through audits and governance.
- Data and Reporting: Handle employee data sensitively, generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Projects: Review and improve transactional and operational processes, contribute to HR projects like reward reviews, job evaluations, and data insights, and support cross-functional initiatives.
