HR Advisor/HRBP – Projects

Northamptonshire/Warwickshire – flexible with travel

Up to £45,000 basic salary plus Benefits

Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a HR Change Agenda, delivering continuous improvement and utilising data to drive decision making in a growing organisation?

Our client, a FTSE business, is looking to appoint an Assistant HRBP to support the delivery of Key HR Projects, including cyclical people initiatives, change projects and Communication initiatives, whilst using data analysis to enable informed decision-making.

This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a member of the functional team and be responsible for the project management of key HR plans, including pay reviews, engagement initiatives and talent strategies. The ability to identify and manage project risks, update project plans and track progress will also be required, as well as developing and implementing strategies to ensure clear communication and leverage people data, to provide timely and meaningful insights. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture in a fast paced and growing organisation.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced, data savvy HR Advisor/HRBP with a proven track record of delivering HR projects, provides insights on key areas and trends within Talent and Performance and managing Change solutions at an operational level. A track record of enabling continuous improvement, with a passion for data and analytics, ideally for multi-site environments. Commercially astute, with experience of project management and report writing, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
