Job summary

Croydon Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Housing Directorate and provide dedicated employee relations support. You will work with managers to deliver practical people solutions on disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness cases, while contributing to organisational change and workforce projects.

In this role you will analyse workforce data to identify trends, influence stakeholders, and ensure excellent HR advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee relations casework
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
• Ability to interpret workforce data and identify solutions
• Customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness cases
• Support organisational change activity and workforce projects
• Analyse people data to identify trends and interventions
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
