Assisting with recruitment and onboarding and other HR processes for staff.
- To maintain staff and service user files ensuring all necessary information is complete and up to date.
- Maintain all records in accordance with the service's policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure compliance.
- Carrying out spot checks of care delivery and reporting findings to the service management.
- Develop and maintain annual leave requests to ensure staff receive their annual leave and there are enough staff on duty to support people
- Attending meetings, writing reports and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
- To perform a high standard of Administrative tasks in an appropriate and confidential manner. The right candidate will ideally have experience working in a HR role.
